Offered once week, every Tuesday!

11:00am-12:30pm

Includes a one hour yoga practice, and 30 minutes for a nourishing plant based lunch and time to connect with fellow mamas and babes.

My passions all collide here; teaching postnatal yoga, creating a space and environment for community and connection, and sharing a healthy delicious plant based meal ~ made with love!!


 

Location: My home studio space in West End Toronto - exact location will be shared upon registration. 

What to bring: A yoga mat, and anything you may need for your baby + something for them to lay on.

Lunch: All meals are gluten free and plant based! Allergies can be accommodated

Enrolment: monthly commitment; one class per week.

$50 per class including your meal, month by month registration

Held at my home studio space

Prenatal and Postnatal Private or Group Classes 

$80 for one on one $100 for small group 

At your home or mine!
