The Classic Doula

The Deluxe Doula

Mother’s Blessing Ceremony
2-3 hours
Gather with those you feel closest to and more supported by during this transitional time in your life.
This gathering is often just for women, but of course, you can make the gathering uniquely your own.
Facilitation of the group, to bring and share a simple offering, some words to the pregnant mama, as we shower her with flower petals in a bowl that we feet are warmly soaking in. There is a closing meditation and some gentle movement woven in.
Closing of the Bones Ceremony
30 to 40 days postpartum
Postpartum Doula
$40.00 an hour
What's included:
Baby care, Holistic Nutrition Support/meals and snacks prepared, emotional and educational support for parents.
Booked for a month of sessions, dates and times invoiced.
Support sessions are at your home, for a minimum of 3 hours each visit.
This is scheduled to be ongoing, month by month. Support includes regular in-person check-ins, answering any questions and listening to how things are going, caring for baby while parents rest or use the time however they’d like to, baby wearing is common as it comforts baby and often allows for cooking and baking / food prep for mama, and light cleaning (folding laundry, cleaning kitchen).
Pre and Post Package (not including birth support)

2 Prenatal Sessions:

Birth and postpartum education, including The Full Spectrum Book.
2 Postpartum Visits: (within the first 2 weeks of baby's life)

Text support at any time, and phone calls under 30 mins when scheduled, up to once per week if desired.
Most commonly scheduled: once per month as a check in, support, and guided meditation.
Prenatal Blessing Ceremony
